Hearing Aids Donated- 22 May 22

Today eleven hearing aids were donated by The Bharat Vikas Sanjay Anand Viklang (Disabled) Hospital and Research Centre to patients who came from the Gaya district of Bihar.

The smiles on their faces once they could hear, spoke a thousand words.

It does not matter how much you donate, every little counts for these poor people. Every time you donate you help bring a smile to someone’s face. Please continue to give, so we can keep helping the poor.

Cataract Surgeries & IOU Lens Implants

Eye surgeries are conducted for the removal of cataract and the implantation of IOU Lenses. One hundred surgeries are conducted per month since June 1996 to date.

Soup Kitchen

A Soup Kitchen is sponsored twice a week in Staten Island, New York for the past 20 years.

Approximately 3600 poor people are fed annually through the Soup Kitchens sponsored by the Foundation.

Charitable Hospital & Research Centre

A hospital has been built in Patna, India, in collaboration with The Bharat Vikas Viklang Punarvas Kendra, to provide prosthetic limbs to the disabled and opened a surgery ward for Polio surgeries for young children.

Adopt A Highway

We have also adopted a one mile stretch of the West Shore Expressway, in Staten Island, New York through the Adopt-A-Highway program from the department of transport.
